A fabulous relaxing stay in a wonderful hotel. The staff can’t do enough for you and are polite, professional, friendly and welcoming. Our suite with private pool was great and we also enjoyed the infinity pool which was just the right temperature. The food is well prepared and fresh and delicious. The entire complex is kept beautifully tidy and clean. Our waiting staff were excellent, particularly Andreas, Maria and Amaryllis. I am only sorry that I cannot award Nido more than 5 stars. The guest experience here is second to none! From the welcome drinks to the turn down treats and parting gift and note, every detail is considerate and made us feel like valued guests. The Panigiri was a highlight of our trip. The Al fresco dining at Arpeggio was lovely and delicious! The staff is courteous and will go to great lengths to accommodate any wish. The manager, Amaryllis, is the most impressive individual I have ever encountered in the hospitality realm. If only she could come back to the US and become our next president! I certainly hope Mar Bella company knows what a gem she is and a stunning asset to their company. For those who give this property a low rating citing the beach, if they had researched Corfu and the island layout, they would have understood that almost all properties are across the road. We came to experience the Corfiot warmth and it exceeded all expectation largely due to Amaryllis and her team at Mar Bella Nido especially the two Giorgos'. Themis in the lobby bar and Anna Maria at the front desk also exceptional! We made memories for a lifetime and feel we are parting as friends. Would happily return in the future if the opportunity arises!

Upon our arrival at the Nido hotel we were made to feel very welcome from the first minute. The hotel is spotlessly clean and extremely well kept. Our room 113 was everything we expected with beautiful views over looking the pool and sea, making the sunrise in the morning a picture. Breakfast is plentiful with many choices to cater for all tastes. The evening food selection is also excellent and varied. The manager of this hotel takes extreme pride in making sure that all her guests are happy and catered for and nothing is too much trouble and this is filtered through all the people that work at the hotel. We have to mention the A La Cart restaurant which was superb!! and a special thank you to Valentina our server who made the experience even more enjoyable. I really wanted to give this hotel 5* but there were just a few small things that unfortunately made me go with 4*. Firstly, the hotel is lovely and the staff are all excellent. Upon arriving, you’re greeted with 3 welcome drinks and a cold towel and the reception is beautifully decorated. We upgraded our room to a suite with whirlpool and upon checkin, they’d re upgraded us to a deluxe suite which was great. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and plenty of staff so there isn’t much waiting around for plates to be cleared or anything to be ordered. The only things that let the hotel down for us were: -we booked into the a la carte restaurant and I think mostly our fault that we didn’t look at the menu beforehand, but, it’s very expensive for what you get even though it is fine dining. We ordered the spinach and filo pastry (expecting parcels) and received a bowl of spinach, with feta in and a filo cracker. The staff were understanding and we actually had this removed from the bill. Our main course was good but look into the menu before booking. -We ate at the pool bar on the first day and ordered 2 different things and both weren’t good at all. This is what really let the hotel down as you’d expect a much better menu and quality. The prices I thought were a bit unreasonable also (we ate across the road every day thereafter) -We booked onto the boat trip and even though it was confirmed by email and at check in, when we arrived our names weren’t in the list which caused a few delays but this was quickly resolved. The boat trip is 100% worth doing at the extra cost in comparison to the other boat trips you’d see. Very comfortable boat and didn’t feel full even though it was full at around 40people. Unlimited drinks all day and a great lunch box. The taxi service at the hotel is also good and we used them every day. It’s 18€ into Benitses each way and 15€ each way into Moraitika and Mesonghi where we had some great meals. To get into Corfu old town is 45€ each way. The beach area is nice although I’d say it’s not ‘private’. It’s private sunbeds. So you’ll still have people walking past to get to the watersports hut and the other side of the beach. But there always seemed to be beds free. You’ll also never have to worry about getting a bed by the pool, the busiest it got was probably about 1/4 full at any time of day and the pool is a great size! Overall, a lovely stay and we left very relaxed. It’s just a bit remote if your food isn’t included and we spent quite alot on taxis.

An exceptional trip from start to finish. The hotel went above and beyond for every part of our stay. Superbly managed. Beautiful surroundings. Food on the rooftop is incredible. Thankyou for making it the best birthday ❤️ We’re now off to the sister hotel Elix, it has high standards to live up to but we can’t wait!

It’s quaint resort, though it’s part of the famous Mar-Bella chain. Everything was wonderful during our stay. The hotel is luxurious but in a practical way. The view from the resort is fabulous, especially the sunrise view from our room. Their restaurants, quality of food, amenities, staff and service- everything was great during our stay. The private beach is across a busy road, but it’s a sweet little stretch with about 20 sun beds.

For us this was a 3.5/4 point score We had a wonderful time we do wherever we go but…… Beautiful hotel but just no atmosphere and very chill We were greeted with welcome drinks and cold towels and taken to our private pool suite All very lovely, well kept & clean No where to really enjoy a drink no one ever in the lobby bar and just lacked any sort of personality or atmosphere for us Very relaxing if that’s all you want to do but even the music around the pool is dreary and hardly any guests. Pool bar food is very good So quiet all the time. Two nights of live music but they were in the dark and attended by about 10 guests Round the pool you can’t enjoy a drink whilst sat on the edge or in the pool taking in the fabulous views. And I’m very sure it’s not the sort of place anybody would get drunk at the pool. It’s all very corporate Beach is untidy and needs some work Breakfast service was good but limited options as with evening meal (we ventured out 6 out of 8 nights to local tavernas just for some atmosphere and had great evenings & meals Even the a la carte restaurant was empty The busiest time we saw anyone was breakfast Apparently the hotel was full It’s all just very clinical and quiet but with great staff especially the cleaners and buggy drivers were friendly We had a couple of maintenance issues which were very quickly resolved apart from when you are explaining a problem to someone on reception they shouldn’t stop you to answer the phone! We’ve stayed in many 5 ⭐️ adult only hotels around the world small & large but this lacked for us We ventured out, definitely take a private water taxi to Corfu old town. Go on the trip to Paxos and we hired a quad to explore the island which was all fab A great luxury base for exploring the island but just not for us

It was our 2nd stay in August at the Nido resort and it totally exceeded our expectations yet again. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were treated like a king & queen. The food including room service was delicious and it was pleasing that the buffet style dishes were different every night. The deserts are on another level so if you prefer sweet then these will be the best you have ever tried! We even had 2 luxurious cakes made and sent to our suite for a birthday & anniversary with a gift in the SPA too. We had chocs on our pillows and cold bottles of water waiting in our room every night. Its the little extras like this that go along way. All of the staff here are so nice and cannot do enough for you if asked. The SPA staff were kind gentle and hard working. The treatments were amazing and we would definitely recommend the couples Nido ritual body scrub/wrap/massage. The gym has all the basics you would need to workout but does get busy so you may have to go at different times. It wasn't an issue for us as we just tried various times which broke up the sunbathing. The hotel manager keeps everything in tip top order and is definitely key in making this a 5star luxury resort. The suite room was 310 , it was a grande deluxe whirlpool and we were given the one at the top that was very private and not overlooked by anyone so it was perfect for us. Last year we were upgraded to the only villa , which again was amazing! Thankyou for making our holiday special , we will be back next year
